HRD Supervisor in Munoz Edsa
-Handles processing of employee benefits both statutory and non-statutory benefits, implement policies and procedures on benefit applications and claims, and prepare mandatory requirements.
-Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s administration function and performance.
-Participate in the development of the organization’s plans and programs.
-Review and monitor implementation of employees
-Assists in all HR activities, programs and/or events
-Post graduate degree in Human Resources Management.
-Minimum of 5 years working experience, at least 3 years of which as a senior manager handling company wide and/or corporate human resources management, working exposure must be gained from a combination of manufacturing, retail and distribution companies.
-Must be knowledgeable of ISO documentation.
-Required skills: organizational development, performance management system, succession management and good interpersonal skills.
-Possess strong intellectual and emotional quotient, high creativity in planning and organizing .
-Can respond well and immediately in highly exquisite situation.
